This Means That Sergeants Can Over Watch Officers And Also Assist Any Officer That Requires Help. Sergeants Show Good Leadership And Communications Skills.
The Duties Of A BCSO Sergeant Includes But Is Not Limited To; Supervising New Deputy's Assisting Where Needed Checking On Deputy's Every Once And A While BCSO CorporalCorporal Is The First Promotion An Officer In the BCSO Can Make, It Shows That The Officer Is Experienced And Gains Authority Over Standard Deputy's. The Rank Of Corporal Is An Achievement Among Officers Showing The Dedication The Officer Has Put Into The BCSO And Corporals Gain Seniority Over Standard Deputy's.
